Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The free plan is genuinely free with no credit card required. You get 5 contacts, 10 Oracle messages per month, and access to goal tracking, life tracking, and the important dates calendar. It's designed to let you experience MyCitadel before committing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, always. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free tier. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you will never be charged after you cancel.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays in your account on the free plan. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also export your data at any time by contacting us at support@mycitadel.ai.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed as a single payment at the start of each year. The Casual annual plan is $80 (saving $16 vs monthly), and the Performance annual plan is $200 (saving $40 vs monthly). You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your settings at any time.
Is my personal data safe?
We take this seriously. All connections use HTTPS encryption. We never sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties who don't need it to run the service. Your conversations with the Oracle, your relationship details, your health data — all of it stays private. See our

What AI model powers the Oracle?
The Oracle is powered by Anthropic's Claude, one of the most capable and carefully safety-tested AI models available. Your conversations are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you feel we have made a billing error, please contact us at support@mycitadel.ai and we will make it right.
